V-Moda Bass Freq

The V-Moda brand is virtually unknown. Ask anybody who claims to know about audio technology and they'll throw out common names such as Creative Labs, Shure, Sony, and Phillips; however while these are all very dominant in the market, they're budget offerings are generally horrible and their upper ranged items tend to be overpriced and make laughable claims in their advertisements.

The V-Moda Bass Freqs are in ear headphones that isolate the noise from outside, and keep the music flowing into your ears for pure audio bliss technology... In fact the use of the silicon earplugs is dubbed BLISS Technology because it really does cancel out noise. It work on airplanes, or if you're vacuuming your home.

The biggest factor that sets these phones apart from the rest is the Bass it is able to produce. I was blown away by the sheer amount of bass, moreso than my full sized Panasonic headphones, and the bass comes from these tiny little plugs. It also does not drown out the rest of the frequencies however they are slightly subdued. Mids are good however the highs tend to sound a bit tinny, the only way to abet this is by tuning an equalizer, however most people who own iPods do not have a configurable Equalizer, and the sound quality reproduced by an iPod is not exactly the best so you might be a little disappointed if you're expecting a symphony in your head, however you sure will hear the deep frequencies produced by the Cello and bass drums exceptionally well, and at an amazingly good price.
